2021 Yearly Listener Report

Wow! There is no other word that I get from people when I tell them how well XRadio has done in 2021. After ending 2020 with stunning growth of 1200%, we were definitely not expected the continued yearly growth that XRadio has seen in 2021. All in all, XRadio more than doubled its listener reach! Thank you!

Listener Statistics by Quarter

First Quarter (January – March)

In the first quarter, XRadio started off the year strong and had 46,062 unique listeners across 161 different nations for a total listener reach of 132,830. In the First Quarter alone, XRadio did 66% of its total for 2020. It was an amazing start for the new year. This is the 2021 Listener Yearly Report.

Second Quarter (April- June)

The Second Quarter of 2021 saw a slight drop in listeners, but still averaged about 40,000 listeners per month in that quarter. XRadio had 45,714 unique listeners from 187 different nations for a total listener reach of 115,319. This brought the year-to-date to 91,776 unique listeners worldwide for a listener reach of 248,149. That’s nearly a quarter of a million listeners by the end of June 2021. This meant that our 2021 reach already met and surpassed the entire 2020 levels! Wow!

Third Quarter (July- September)

The Third Quarter saw another slight drop in listener reach. XRadio had 36,360 unique listeners from 179 different countries for a total reach of 107,318 people. By the end of the third quarter, worldwide unique listeners topped 125,000 with a yearly reach-to-date of 355,467. Awesome.

Last Quarter (October- December)

XRadio closed the year strong, recording 31,863 unique listeners in 182 countries for a total listener reach of 110,430 listeners! This might have something to do with the events that XRadio had worked in the Last Quarter, including our partnership with Rock Your Rack 2021 and participating in holiday events on our Second Life grid.

2021 Listener Statistics

By the end of the year, 159,999 different people from 187 different nations across the world had tuned into XRadio. The total listener reach for the year was an amazing 465,897. That just a shade under a half million listeners in 2021!

In addition, XRadio was heard in 187 of 195 nations. This means 96% of all the nations of the world have connected to XRadio for their entertainment. Verily, XRadio IS The Worldwide Superstation!
