XRadio began the new year strong, coming off our most impressive year yet in 2022. We continue to see growth on the web player, and our core listener base in the metaverse continues to rock out with us. The first quarter saw statistics that have become typical for XRadio.

XRadio had 36,790 different listeners from 166 different countries for a listener reach total of 137,423 in the 1st Quarter, 2022!

Listener Devices
XRadio continues to be a gamer-centric radio station with our core audience in the metaverse. Second Life and osGrid continue to be where most of our listeners seem to be. Over three-fourths of the listeners for the First Quarter used Fmod, which is used in many games and metaverses. 5% of XRadio listeners listen via our web player on the website.
Listener Peaks
Peak concurrent listeners for First Quarter 2023 was on Saturday, February 4th – Singapore time or Friday February 3rd at 7:00 pm XRadio (Pacific) Time. 149 people were tuned into Magic Carpet Ride with Jude Connors at that time.
XRadio continues its growth, both inside virtual worlds and outside. Our growth is expected to continue throughout the year, with a goal to surpass last year’s record listener peak of half a million listeners!
